REST hooks integration

Pabbly, connected the same afternoon.

Pabbly Connect's Webhook trigger and API module reach every endpoint, so the tool a business already uses for its forms and CRM can send WhatsApp too.

How Pabbly Connect connects

In order. A person on our side does this with you during onboarding if you prefer.

  • Receive eleven WhatsApp events in a Pabbly workflow
  • Send template messages from any Pabbly step
  • Create contacts and tags from form and CRM tools
  • Post events that start or end a journey
  1. 1

    Create an API key

In Settings, choose API keys, create a key with the scopes the workflow needs, and copy it once.

  2. 2

    Trigger on a WhatsApp event

Add a Webhook trigger in Pabbly, copy its URL, and subscribe it to the events you need through the REST hook endpoint.

  3. 3

    Send with the API module

Add an API by Pabbly action that POSTs to the messages endpoint with the key in the header and the template parameters mapped in.

  4. 4

    Map with sample data

Call the sample-data endpoint once so Pabbly learns the fields before a real event arrives.

Coaching enquiries from a website form

A form submission creates the contact, tags the course, and starts the enquiry journey; a reply from the person exits it and lands in the counsellor's inbox.

Fee reminders from a billing tool

An unpaid invoice event sends the utility reminder template with a copy-code button for the payment reference.

Questions

Is there a Pabbly app in their directory?

Not yet. The built-in Webhook trigger and API module cover every endpoint.

Does it work with WhatsApp Cloud API numbers?

Yes. The product runs on the Cloud API with your own Meta app, and Pabbly talks to the product's API, not to Meta directly.

Other integrations

Built on the developer platform. See pricing: integrations are included, not add-ons.

Talk to us.

In a forty-minute call we go through what you send today, what it costs you, and what a flagged number would cost you. Then we set up a workspace on your own Meta app and build the first campaign with you.
