Contacts, segments and forms
A contact is a person, not a phone number.
Typed fields that mean something, a pipeline you can see as a board, segments that stay live, and native WhatsApp forms whose answers land straight on the contact.

What it is
A WhatsApp CRM keeps one record per customer: their number, typed attributes, tags, pipeline stage, opt-in status and every message, campaign and conversion on a timeline. Segments built from those fields refresh continuously and feed campaigns and journeys. Native WhatsApp forms (Meta's in-chat Flows) let a customer fill a multi-screen form without leaving the chat, and their answers land on the contact as attributes. Imports run as a dry run first, so bad numbers and duplicates are shown before a row is written.
What it does
Every line below is in the product today. The ones marked only here were not found in WATI’s, AiSensy’s or Interakt’s public documentation on 20/09/2026.
An import that does not drop rows
Column mapping, a validation preview with bad numbers flagged, duplicate handling you choose, a dry-run report, missing stages offered, Google Sheets in and out.
Typed fields
Number, date, choice, text, boolean. A date compares as a date, so "renewal within 30 days" works.
Segments that stay live
All-or-any rules on tags, stage, engagement, dates and attributes. Refreshed continuously, never a snapshot.
Stages
One ordered pipeline per workspace: a board with drag, a filter, a segment rule, a journey trigger, a report, an API field.
Merge, bulk actions, timeline
Two records become one with a preview. Tag, stage, enrol or opt out the ticked rows or the whole filter. Every message and conversion on one scrolling timeline.
Opt-out intelligence
Opt-outs carry a reason, sync across your numbers and are enforced at the queue, so a re-import can never message someone who left.
Native WhatsApp forms
Multi-screen forms inside the chat, built here, sent from a template, a flow or the API. Submissions land as attributes and export to Excel.
Ready for WhatsApp usernames
A person who reaches you with no number shared is still a full contact, found and messaged by Meta's business-scoped id.
Questions about contacts, segments and forms
What is a WhatsApp CRM?
Software that keeps a customer record for every WhatsApp contact, with their attributes, tags, stage, consent and conversation history, and uses those records to target campaigns, run automations and report on a pipeline. It replaces the spreadsheet of numbers most teams re-import every campaign.
What are WhatsApp forms (Flows)?
Meta's native multi-screen forms that open inside a WhatsApp chat, with fields such as date pickers, dropdowns and text. Completion rates are far higher than a web form because the customer never leaves the chat. This product has a form builder, an encrypted endpoint for live dropdown options from your system, and stores every submission on the contact.
Can I import contacts from Google Sheets?
Yes. Connect a Google account, pick a sheet, map its columns, preview validation, and import. Contacts can also be synced back out to a sheet.
How are duplicates handled?
The import lets you choose whether duplicates update the existing record or are skipped. Inside the product a duplicate finder looks for matches by email, by name without a number and by number without a country code, and a merge shows a preview of the kept record before anything changes.
