Number Quality Guard

We protect the asset your business runs on.

A WhatsApp number carries a quality rating and a daily limit that Meta moves without asking. Since October 2025 one bad campaign damages every number in your portfolio. Every other platform tells you afterwards. This one watches, slows down, stops, and tells you why.

What it is

Number Quality Guard is a set of automatic protections for a business's WhatsApp phone numbers. It reads each number's quality rating and daily messaging limit from Meta every fifteen minutes, paces new numbers up through a warm-up schedule, enforces frequency caps and quiet hours at the sending queue, pauses a campaign on its own when the rating drops to red or failures spike, and names the template that caused a rating drop. No other WhatsApp platform sold in India does this proactively; the rest report a drop after it has happened.

What it does

Every line below is in the product today. The ones marked only here were not found in WATI’s, AiSensy’s or Interakt’s public documentation on 20/09/2026.

  • Auto-pause, mid-sendOnly here

A campaign stops on its own when the rating drops to red or failures spike while it runs, and resumes only when a person says so.

  • Rating-drop attributionOnly here

When the rating falls, the alert names what the number was sending in the seven days Meta judged, ranked by who turned it away and the opt-outs that followed.

  • Alerts from Meta, in words

Limit decisions, restrictions, bans and their lifting, flagged numbers and limit changes, each with one line of advice, counted in the header until cleared.

  • Frequency caps at the queue

Up to four rolling windows per workspace, such as two marketing messages a week, enforced across every campaign and journey. Deferred, never dropped.

  • Warm-up schedules

A new number paces up day by day instead of blasting on day one. Sends over today's cap wait for tomorrow.

  • Engagement-scored sending

Every contact carries a score from ninety days of reads, replies and clicks. Skip the people who never read, and message the ones who want to hear from you.

  • Content-health radar

Which templates and numbers are drawing failures and opt-outs, so the content that burns the number is visible before Meta reacts to it.

  • Template quality and re-pricing guard

Meta's own score per template: medium warns, low pauses its campaigns. A move to another price category holds the send and asks first.

Questions about number quality guard

What is a WhatsApp quality rating?

A score Meta assigns to each business phone number, shown as high, medium or low (green, yellow, red) in WhatsApp Manager. It reflects how recipients reacted to messages in the last seven days, mainly blocks and reports. A low rating stops the number from moving to a higher messaging limit and can lead to restrictions.

What are WhatsApp messaging limits?

The number of business-initiated conversations a business can open in a rolling 24-hour period. Meta's published tiers start at 250 and scale to 2,000, 10,000 and unlimited as the business sends high-quality messages. Limits are set at the business portfolio level and shared by all numbers in it.

Can the Guard stop a number from being banned?

It cannot override Meta, but it removes the common causes: it holds contacts who already heard from you, skips people who never read, paces a new number up gradually, and stops a campaign the moment the rating moves. Meta's decisions are still Meta's, and the Guard shows them to you in words.

Does the Guard work with several numbers?

Yes. Every number in a workspace has its own rating, limit, warm-up switch and Marketing Messages Lite switch, and the portfolio-shared limit is shown on each number's page.
